With over 20+ years of consulting experience, I’ve developed expertise in project and portfolio/program leadership with an extensive and diverse history delivering complex solutions in cross-functional environments. Through education and experience I understand the business process and technical attributes of complex projects that ultimately results in change for people.

Over the course of my career, I have led many successful engagements ranging from ERP implementations to large, multi-track programs to guide and orchestrate highly interdependent initiatives for Emerging Biotech companies. As a certified SchellingPoint Collaboration Architect, stakeholder management, communication and alignment is my specialty to help ensure all parties remain on the same page to ensure all expectations are set and met.

Originally from the Eau Claire, WI area, I currently live in Verona Wisconsin with my two daughters and two golden retrievers. I will always be a big supporter of all Wisconsin sports (Packers, Badgers, Brewers) and I love to spend time outdoors; on a boat, in/near the water, or on a beach. I thrive on personal challenges; as such, I am a recovering triathlete.
